At each step of the process, from my initial conversations with Montana through to starting the project with Kylie and Brian, everything has been a pleasure and a great experience. Being non-technical, I was consistently reassured by the team and they were patient when explaining the more complex concepts with me. Then the handover from Kylie to Alex was seamless and Alex has always been on hand to help with any questions and queries I have. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend optimise to anyone in the future who is looking for a comprehensive their table solution.

Our experience with Optimize IS was awesome and comforting. I felt like I was in very good hands with Martina and Mallory. We did a 5-week sprint due to a tight deadline and budget constraints. Even though, at the beginning of the sprint, my team realized that we had to change priorities from what was discussed in our initial sales call, Martina and Mallory were ready to take it on. We pivoted and were able to accomplish almost everything we needed before the 5-weeks ended. Because of Mallory and Martina, we are excited to use Airtable for other projects and we hope to be able to hire them again when the time comes.
