Common questions
Is this a contract role?
Yes. Everyone on our delivery team starts as a contractor. Full-time roles open up over time, and many of our team choose to stay contractors for the flexibility.
Is this a sales role?
No. You focus on adoption and outcomes for existing client projects.
Are hours guaranteed?
Work is project based, so hours aren't guaranteed. Your first project can take a few weeks to line up. Demand is high, and strong performers fill their schedules quickly.
Can I work from anywhere?
Yes. We hire worldwide. Most client calls happen during US business hours, so some overlap is important.
What does the hiring process look like?
An intro interview, an interview with our VP of Client Services, a background check and contract, then onboarding.
Can I keep my own clients?
Yes. Just let us know before taking work from another Airtable partner.
