Fostering empowerment of teenagers with Airtable
I’ll show you how Airtable can enable organizations and citizens to take more ownership towards a more inclusive society.
Every organization needs to scale in order to stay relevant. But how do you achieve this when your organization is slow due to a multitude of spreadsheets and documents, in which you can never figure out which info is current? How do you do this in the context of a small non-profit with limited resources? Airtable allowed me to switch this scene for the Belgian non-profit TADA, where a team of 50 people are fostering greater social inclusion by coaching more than 1,800 young people from vulnerable backgrounds with the help of 3,000 volunteers. They’re at a point where they need to work smarter, not harder. This session shares results from a pilot project with grant applications, where clear workflows enabled more colleagues to contribute to fundraising the yearly budget. Join me to discover how we can use this data model to scale coaching opportunities for Brussels’ teenagers while reducing workload.
How can a team of 24 people participate and contribute to a process previously owned by 1 person?
How can you create a network of 1,000 organizations providing coaching and learning opportunities to 2,500 vulnerable teenagers?
