Yousuf and Laith with OptimizeIS are AirTable subject matter experts. On scoping calls, they dive deep into the pain points and help brainstorm solutions. At the end of the calls, we do an overview of feature/process additions to make sure we are on the same page. The build outs/feature requests are built in a timely manner with regular check ins. Once completed, we are informed as well provided tutorial videos and regular check ins after for feedback or any help with the new features. The team is very good communication and feedback. With the help of the team at OptimizeIS, we have been able to completely centralize and standardize our teams project management, tracking, and reporting.
